Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of social media promotion instagram and word of mouth on purchasing decisions at Erber Coffe Nodal Pekanbaru. The population in this study are consumers who have been to Erber Coffe Nodal Pekanbaru. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, which is based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher in determining a sample of 50 people. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. And data analysis techniques in this study using descriptive analysis and SPSS 26 testing. The results of this study indicate that social media promotion and word of mouth partially and simultaneously affect purchasing decisions at Erber Coffee Nodal Pekanbaru.
