Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction in RSUD Type D Perawang. The population in this study were patients from RSUD Type D Perawang. The sampling technique in this study is probability sampling with a total sample of 77 people. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is t test, simple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. The results show that testing the hypothesis that the quality of service on patient satisfaction is t count (7.549) > t table (1.992), meaning that service quality has a significant effect on patient satisfaction in RSUD Type D Perawang.
