Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Kahati Pasir Pengaraian Waterboom, Rokan Hulu. The population used in this study were employees at the Kahati Pasir Pengaraian Waterboom, Rokan Hulu. with the number of employees 40 employees, while the sample used is all employees 40 0rang by using the census. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative methods. For the data analysis method, the simple linear regression analysis method uses the SPSS 21.0 program. The results showed that the variable, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Kahati Pasir Pengaraian Waterboom, Rokan Hulu.
