Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Effect of Organizational Communication on the Performance of Civil Service Police Officers in Indragiri Hilir Regency. The population in this study were all State Civil Apparatus (ASN) employees at the Civil Service Police Unit (SATPOL PP) Indragiri Hilir Regency, and the sample was determined purposively. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it shows that organizational communication variables have a positive effect on employee performance at the SATPOL PP office, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The magnitude of the contribution of organizational communication to employee performance can be said to be significant from the analysis that has been carried out. at the SATPOL PP office of Indragiri Hilir Regency.
