Abstract :
This study aims to determine how the effect of work placement on employee performance at PT.Arara Abadi Pekanbaru Branch. The population in this study were all employessof the external departement at PT. Arara Abadi Pekanbaru Branch with 38 people as respondents as a sample. The level of employee performanceis influenced by several factors, namely work quality, wrok quantity, timing and work discipline. In addition, what needs tobe considered are the factors that support the creation of work performance, namely employee placement. This study uses quantitative menthods with data collection by means of questionnaires, interview and documentation. The results of this study indicate that partially or the t-test of work placement has a positive and significant effect on the work performance of employess at PT.Arara Abadi Cabang Pekanbaru branch with a t-count of 9,203 > t-table 1,688
