Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work supervision and organizational commitment on employee performance. The population in the study was 57 people and the sample used was 33 people with the sampling method using purposive sampling technique. The research method used is a quantitative approach, this type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques used are interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results showed that work supervision and organizational commitment simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination which indicates that organizational commitment and supervision affect employee performance with in the strong category and the rest is influenced by other factors that are not discussed further in this study.
