Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of financial behavior in mediating financial literacy and inclusion. The sample of this study was 73 respondents from BSI (Indonesian Sharia Bank) KCP Panam customers in Pekanbaru. This research is quantitative and uses smartPLS (Prtial Least Square) analysis tool. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that the effect of financial literacy on financial behavior does not have a significant effect, the effect of financial inclusion on financial behavior has a significant effect, and the influence of financial behavior on heuristics, reaction bias to information, and bias in understanding information from self-adjustment has a significant effect
