Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of workload and work environment partially and simultaneously on the performance of medical personnel at UPT Puskesmas Bengkalis. The population in this study were all medical personnel of the Bengkalis Health Center UPT. The sampling technique in this study used sampling sensus namely the technique of determining the sample if all members of the population are used as samples. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive and quantitative analysis using SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that the workload has a significant negative effect on the performance of medical personnel, the work environment has a significant positive effect on the performance of medical personnel at UPT Puskesmas Bengkalis.
