Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of HR information systems and competencies on the performance of employees of the palm oil mill company PT. Bumi Bangkinang Partners. The population in this study are all members of employees who work at PT. Bumi Bangkinang Partners. The sampling technique in this study used Census Sampling, namely the determination of the sample taken based on the total population. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that the HR and competency information system partially and simultaneously has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the palm oil mill company PT. Bumi Bangkinang Partners.
