Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of situational leadership on employee performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Pekanbaru Branch Office. This study uses the Probability Simple Random Sampling technique with a population of 95 respondents and a sample of 30 respondents. The research data were obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature study and interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The analysis technique used instrument test, simple linear regression, t test (partial) and determination test (R2 ). The results of the study based on simple linear regression indicate that situational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Pekanbaru Branch Office. The relationship between the two variables in the category is very strong and is influenced by other variables which are not discussed in this study.
