Abstract :
This study aims to determine and analyze whether the influence of leadership style on employee morale at PT. Hamparan Alam Baruna Indonesia (PT. Habi) in Tualang. This research was carried out using descriptive and quantitative methods, namely by analyzing the data that had been collected from the results of the study and connected to the theoretical basis that was reviewed by the literature. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Hamparan Alam Baruna Indonesia (PT. Habi) expanse of Nature in Tualang, totaling 57 people. By using a census technique where all members of the population are sampled. This study uses primary data sources in the form of questionnaire recapitulation results, attendance data. Furthermore, the results of the study were carried out using simple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS application. Based on the research results, it has been found that leadership style has a positive and significant influence on employee morale at PT. Hamparan Alam Baruna Indonesia (PT. Habi) in Tualang.
