Abstract :
Rotte Bakery is an industrial company that is developing its existence. Feasibility studies are needed to see a picture of whether or not an industry is feasible. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of developing a bread industry business with a financial aspect approach. Financial aspects include the Payback Period (PP), Profit Sharing, Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Gold Value Method (GVM), Gold Index Method (GIM), and Investible Surplus Method (ISM). Based on the calculation of financial analysis, the results obtained are PP 2 years 3 months 16 days, Profit Sharing 233.918.853, NPV (+) 566.070.543, PI 2,029, IRR 32,18%, GVM 41,71 grams, GIM 1,06 and ISM 25,25%
