Abstract :
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Program Policies on Work Productivity and to determine and analyze the Effects of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on Employee Productivity Production Department at PT. Sewangi Sejati Luhur, Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling with a sample of 53 respondents. Based on the results of research that Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on Work Productivity has a strong relationship, further research results show Occupational Safety and Health (K3) has a significant positive effect on Work Productivity of Production Section Employees at PT. Sewangi Sejati Luhur, Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency.
