Abstract :
This study aims to determine and analyze the patient queuing system at the UPT Puskesmas Lipatkain whether it has been running effectively and efficiently. The population in this study were patients from UPT Puskesmas Lipatkain. The data used in this study were obtained from observations. The method used in this study is a descriptive and quantitative method by using calculations with the queuing system formulas with the Multi Channel Single Phase model. The results of this study indicate that the queuing system at the Lipatkain Health Center UPT has not been effective and efficient by using 4 servers or doctors who operate or are on duty every day. However, if there are additional servers or the number of doctors operating or on duty every day, the queuing system at the Lipatkain Health Center UPT will run effectively and efficiently, marked by doing calculations by comparing calculations using M/M/4 using M/M/5 and the results is at M/M/5 the number of patients waiting in line is much less.
