Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work supervision on employee productivity. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method, and the data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The data collection used a questionnaire with a research sample of 33 respondents, for employees of the processing foreman and operators at PT. SAR in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The results of the study indicate that overall work supervision carried out on factory employees has been going well. Then for the productivity level of factory employees at PT. Surya Agrolika Mutual in Kuantan Singingi Regency has also been running well. From the results of data analysis shows that partially work supervision has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of factory employees at PT. Surya Agrolika Mutual in Kuantan Singingi Regency, with a large percentage of influence contribution is 57.50%.
