Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to analyze employee engagement on employee work productivity in PT. Sar Koto Baru, Kuantan Sengingi, Riau. The population used in this study were employees at PT. Sar Koto Baru, Kuantan Sengingi, Riau, with 37 employees, while the sample taken was 37 people using the census method. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative methods. For the data analysis method, the simple linear regression analysis method uses the SPSS 21.0 program. The results of the study indicate that the variable, employee engagement has a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity in PT. Sar Koto Baru, Kuantan Sengingi, Riau.
