Abstract :
The purpose of research is to find out and analysis excavator supervisor performance at PT. Bandang Rezeki Lestari-Petapahan- Kampar district. The method used was descriptive qualitative. Data is collected using questionaire with research excavator operator at PT. Bandang Rezeki Lestari-Petapahan-Kampar district as the sample. There were 32 employees participating in the data collection procedure. the result of data validity showed that all items of respondent statetments are valid and realiable or fit to be used in research. From the total average score to entire responses to items within interval range is passably. the racapitulation research result showed that excavator operator performance at PT. Bandang Rezeki Lestari ? Petapahan- Kampar District is good enough.
