Abstract :
This study aims to understand the improving of passing and stopping skiil in football games though cooperative learning model by using Teams Gams Tournament (TGT) type on grade X students of SMAN 1 Siak Hulu, kampar Regency. This study was cinducted on the second semester in Academic year 2018/2019. This study was classroom achon research. The population of this study was all grade X students of SMAN 1 Siak Hulu, Kampar regency and the sample in this study was the students of grade X IPA 1. The number of the sample was 30 students. This study used purposive sampling technique. The dara collecting techniques of this study were observation, literature technique and measurement technique. The dara analysis technique of this study used test that was conducted on passing ang stopping skill practice, then, the assesement was conducted on the resut of the test. Based on cycle 1, it was found that there were 18 students who reached the minimum standart score (60%) and there were 12 students who did?t reach the minimum standart score (40%) then, the research was continved to cycle 2, the result was intereased. There were 28 students who reached the minimum standard score (93%) and there were 2 students who did?t reach the minimum standard score (6%). It can be coneluded that there was the improvement on passing and stopping skill in football game thourgh cooperative learning model using by Teams Games Tournamen (TGT) Type on grade X students of SMAN 1 Siak Hulu, kampar regency.
