Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the performance of the enggineering section of PLTA Koto Panjang Rantau Berangin Kampar Regency. The population used in this study were PLTA Koto Panjang Rantau Berangin employees, Kampar Regency with 32 employees. While the samples taken were 29 people, namely the supervisor, assistant engineer and operator using purposive sampling. The method used is descriptive method. The data collection carried out in this study was a list of questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the employees of the Koto Panjang Rantau Berangin PLTA engineer section, Kampar Regency is good.
