Abstract :
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation on employee turnover intention at PT. Mitra Bisnis Seluler Pekanbaru. The population used in this study were 65 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique so that the sample used in this study consisted of 39 employees. Types and sources of data using primary data and secondary data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis used in this research is simple linear regression test, t test and determination (R2) using SPSS Version 25 software. The results show that compensation has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT. Mitra Bisnis Seluler Pekanbaru, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted.
