Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price and service quality partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction from Sansa Coffee in Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all consumers Dari Sansa Coffe. The sampling technique in this study uses the Purposive Sampling technique, a sample collection technique with certain criteria by researchers when they are (customers) who have received services after purchasing. coffee shop products totaling 40 people. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that the price and service quality partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction from Sansa Coffee in Pekanbaru. The magnitude of the influence of price and service quality on customer satisfaction from Sansa is 80.1%.
