Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the audience's perception of the quality of the festival (festival quality) Pacu Lane in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population of this research is people who watch the Pacu Lane Festival from children to adults from the age of 10-50 years. Sampling amounted to 100 spectators. The methods used in this study were questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique used is descriptive. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that festival quality is measured using 6 measuring dimensions, namely: facilities, staff, convenience facilities, availability of information, comfort, and programs, on average are good and positive. The facility factor has the highest value, this shows that the facilities for track runners have been well prepared by the committee, while the lowest is comfort aminities.
