Abstract :
This study purpose to determine and analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on job satisfaction of nurses at Hospital Type-D Perawang. This study uses a probability sampling technique with the census method, the population in this study is 35 respondents and a sample of 35 respondents is used. The research data was obtained from the results of questionnaires, literature studies and direct interviews. The data analysis technique used instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that partially and simultaneously intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation positive and significant effect on nurse job satisfaction at Hospital Type-D Perawang.
