Abstract :
This study aims to determine and explain the quality of health services at the Community Health Center in Tambusai District, Rokan Hulu Regency. There are 5 (five) research indicators used by the author in this study, namely: Tangibles (tangible), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (responsiveness), Assurance (guarantee), Empathy (attention). The type of research located at the Tambusai Public Health Center, Tambusai District, Rokan Hulu Regency, used a qualitative descriptive analysis method. Where to conduct research directly to the Tambusai Public Health Center in order to get phenomena that originate from actual facts when researching using this type of research with interviews, observation and documentation. The obstacles faced in health services are in the form of completeness of medical and non-medical medical and non-medical facilities and the space available at the health center. Community suggestions are expected to increase awareness in maintaining health, and the Tambusai public health center is expected to provide better facilities to establish good relationships with the community when interacting, providing complete medical and non-medical facilities. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the quality of health services at the community health center in Tambusai sub-district, Rokan Hulu district had good service and people who wanted to seek treatment at the puskesmas received friendly service by health workers.
