Abstract :
Currently in most villages, they have not been able to create village funds to create welfare for their communities. This launched a program, namely the village government to be more creative and innovative in developing local potential to accelerate village development and improve the walfare for the community. The study aims to determine the implementation village government innovation in the Program Inovasi Desa (PID) in Seresam Village Seberida District Indragiri Hulu Regency already running but not yet effective.This study uses qualitative methods and descriptive survey research types with data collection through interview, observations, and documentation. This is seen from four indicators namely innovation, communication channels, timeframes and social system. Of the four indicators seen. From the four indicators, it?s seen that the delivery of information and socialization in Seresam village is not comprehensive so there are still many people who do not know about the innovation program. Supervision is carried out by local village assistants who are considered to have dual duties so that the implementation of this program is less than optimal. In this program there is a need for more socialization and delivery of information to the village government and to the community in order to better understand the implementation of the village innovation program and the creation of a legal factor in this program so that supervision of program implementation can run optimally.
