Abstract :
The purpose of this working paper is to find out the application of discipline in the organization aimed at employees so that they can obey and comply with the regulations of the financial administration bureau of the islamic university of riau. In this paper using the corretional method. The correlation method is an act of determinung dta by comparing theory and discussion. Based on the result of observations and analyzes carried out,it can be concluded that the discipline of the financial administration bureau can be said to be not good or not optimal, both in complying with office hours and regulations for using work clothes. The financial bureau should increase employee awareness of the importance of work discipline in order to achieve a good performance
