Abstract :
The purpose in this research was to examine the influence of margin and service quality on customer decision in murabahah funding. Researcher took sampling in 55 respondents? data of murabahan funding customer at BMT Darussalam Pekanbaru in year 2016-2020, which was collected by using purposive sampling technique and the data was measured by using Likert scale and also computed by using SPSS 22. The research finding based on T test could be stated that margin (X1) gave positive influence on customer decision (Y) in murabahah funding at BMT Darussalam, it could be seen from t counted score 2.769 > t table 2.005 and significant score 0.008 < 0.05. Service quality gave negative not significant influence on customer decision in murabahah funding at BMT Darussalam, it could be seen from t counted 0.560 < t table 2.005 with significant score 0.578 > 0.05. margin and service quality simultaneously gave positive influence on customer decision in murabahah funding at BMT Darussalam. From f counted score > f table with score 11.026>3.17 with significant score 0.000 < 0.05, and the result of coefficient determination score (R2) showed that from both independent varoables (X) influenced dependent variable (Y) in murabahah funding at BMT Darussalam pekanbaru in 0.298 or 29%, and also could be concluded that there was an influence of margin and service quality. Others 70% influenced by the other variable which could not be stated in this research.
