Abstract :
Implementation of Village Regulation No. 09 of 2015 concerning Prohibition of Shocking and Poisoning Fish in Rivers (Study in Paya Rumbai Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency) ABSTRACT Desi Melasari This study aims to determine the Implementation of Village Regulation No. 9 of 2015 (Study of the Prohibition of Electrocution and Poisoning Fish in Rivers) in Payarumbai Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The type of research that is located in the Office of Desa Paya Rumbai is Descriptive Survey because this study aims to explain and explain the reality. There are 6 population groups and the sample in this study is, all village officials and fishing communities totaling 50 people. The sampling technique used is using census techniques and accidental sampling techniques. Types and data collection techniques consist of primary data collected using questionnaire and interview data techniques and secondary data collected by observation and documentation techniques which are data sources and information as well as information from parties related to this research. Based on this analysis technique it can be concluded that the Implementation of Village Regulation No. 9 of 2015 (Study of Prohibition of Electrocution and Poisoning of Fish in Rivers) In Payarumbai Village, Seberida Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency runs with Enough Implemented Recommendations that need to be considered especially regarding sanctions given to be more assertive and in accordance with the policy made so that the perpetrators who conduct the arrest feel deterred so that no more people or fishermen do fishing with centrum and poisons.
