Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the Evaluation of the Function of a Village-Owned Enterprise Terantang Manuk Jaya in Economic Improvement in Terantang Manuk Village, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency. The indicator of this study is Strengthening the Village Economic Institution, Creating Business Opportunities, Encouraging the Role of Village Governments in Reducing Poverty, Increasing Regional Original Revenue, Encouraging Economic Growth in Rural Communities, Providing Business Opportunities, Opening Jobs. This type of research located in Terantang Manuk Village, Pangkalan Kuras Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency is a Descriptive Survey, which prioritizes questionnaire lists as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool and then becomes the main raw material for analyzing empirical conditions of objectivity in research locations. examined. The population used in this study is the Village Head, BPD Chairperson, BUMDes District Supervisor, Director of BUMDes, Administrative Staff and Terantang BUMDes Fund Borrower Manuk Jaya Customers. The sampling technique used in determining sample individuals is the Census Technique for the employee population of Terantang Manuk Jaya BUMDes and Purposive Sampling techniques for Terantang Manuk Jaya BUMDes customers, the types and data collection techniques used in this study consist of, primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is by using a frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assessed and concluded that the Evaluation of the Function of the Village-Owned Enterprise Terantang Manuk Jaya in Economic Improvement in Terantang Manuk Village, Pangkalan Kuras Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency was at the "Fairly Good" assessment interval.
