Abstract :
This study aims to analyze and explain the Task Implementation of the Village Head as Commissioner of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Advancing Together in Simalinyang Village, Kampar Kiri Tengah District, Kampar Regency. Assessment indicators Giving advice to the BUMDes, Giving advice and opinions to the directors of BUMDes, Controling and supervising the BUMDes accounts. The type used in this study is to use a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Researchers try to reveal facts in accordance with existing facts without intervening in the conditions that occur. Qualitative research aims to draw a picture and relationship between the phenomena investigated. In accordance with the research title, this research was carried out in Simalinyang Village, Kampar sub-district, middle left of Kampar District. The selection of information as a source of research data uses a snowball sampling technique. The types and sources of data used are primary and secondary data, then data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation. Based on the results of the research and analysis of the authors it can be concluded that the implementation of the village head's duties as a commissioner of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), especially in Simalinyang village, namely the village head as commissioner who is held ex officio (running two positions in one system) is done quite well .
