Abstract :
The Wage System of Palm Oil Freelancers in View from Sharia Economic (Case Study in Bandur Picak Village Koto Kampar Hulu Subdistrict) HUZAIFAL 152310087 In Islam, wage known by ujrah which was meant by wage. Wage was one of giving form that stated in a cooperation contract between one-to-one else. In other words, in conducting a cooperation contract, it should be followed by commandment and regulation that stated in ujrah, that was being research formulation examined how wage system of palm oil freelancer at Bandur Picak Village Koto Kampar Hulu Subdistrict and how it was viewed in sharia economic. The purpose in this research examined the wage system of palm oil freelancer at Bandur Picak Village Koto Kampar Hulu Subdistrict and examined this sharia economic view. This research used data reduction analysis technique, data presentation, draw a conclusion or verification, and data checking. This research findings showed that the wage system of palm oil freelancer at Bandur Picak Village Koto Kampar Hulu Subdistrict classified in wage system based on Rp. 200., - per kilogram and Rp.200.000.,- per ton. The salary was accepted after palm harvested and weighted. The owner of farm usually harvested twice in a month: once in 15 days, the salary was separated from made sprout, pemel, fertilization and plating.
