Abstract :
This research was conducted to examine the effect of the effectiveness of use accounting information systems, trust in accounting information systems on employee performance at Furniture Stores in Pekanbaru. This research was conducted in 69 companies in the city Pekanbaru. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the company furniture contained in the new week. Data is processed using statistics Descriptive, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Test Heteroscedasticity, Multiple Regression Test, Coefficient of Determination, Simultaneous Test (Test F), and Partial Test (T Test). The results showed that simultaneously the effectiveness variable and trust in the accounting information system has a significant effect on employee performance. And partially the effectiveness variable and trust in accounting information systems has a significant effect on employee performance.
