Abstract :
The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis in which the research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire, the population in this study are employees of PT. Buana Wia Lestari Mas (Perkebunan Naga Sakti) security section. The sample in this study were 25 respondents who were determined by census techniques. Test data analysis using quantitative descriptive test. The results of this study indicate that there is work motivation of employees at PT. Buana Wira Lestari Mas (Perkebunan Naga Sakti) is strengthened by quantitative descriptive testing.
