Abstract :
The author conducted this research in Lipatkain, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency which became the object of this research was the sewing business. As for the problem in this study is whether the application of accounting used by the sewing business is in accordance with the basic concepts of accounting in running a business. The purpose of this study is to understand whether accounting has been applied to the sewing business in accordance with the basic concepts of accounting. Primary and secondary data, the technique in this study uses structured interview tehniques, documentation and questionnaires. In data analysis, the method used is descriptive method. The research design used is a survey research design, the purpose of this design is to obtain information from respondents through the sample being studied. The results of this study are that the application of accounting carried out by sewing entrepreneurs where entrepreneurs are not fully in accordance with the principles and concepts.
