Abstract :
This study aims to determine and analyze how to level of achievement in collecting rural and urban lan and building taxes is carried out, and identify the factor that hinder its implementation. This research is located in Kuantan Tengah Sub-Distric, Kuantan Tengah District. In the study uses six indicator from William N Dunn?s theory in Riant Nugroho?s essay (2003:186) include, effectiveness, efesiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and accuracy. This type of research takes quanitative research with descriptive methods, namely using realistic conditions encountered in the area and using a quentionnaire as a data collection tool with its interpretation using number in tabular from. In line with the objectives of this study, the population and research sample are the people of the Kuantan Tengah sub-district who are taxpayers, which is set at ninety seven people, the sub-district and government section of the Central Kuantan sub-district. This research data is sourced from primary data obtained through interviews and questionnaires, and the results of the research will be analyzed descriptively. Based on the results of the study, the research concluded that the evaluation of rural and urban land and building tax collection in the Kuantan Tengah sub-district, Kuantan Tengah Regency of all indicators in the ?Adequate or Sufficien ? Category.
