Abstract :
The high level of debt arrears of the Savings and Loans business unit at the Village Owned Enterprise in Kampung Patin Village in Koto Mesjid Village, XIII Koto Kampar District, Kampar Regency is a problem of the lack of awareness of the community to pay Savings and Loan debts. The purpose of this study was to determine government management in Village-Owned Enterprises in increasing Village Original Income in Koto Mesjid Village, XIII Koto Kampar District, Kampar Regency. This study used qualitative research methods. The research indicators are Planning, Organizing, Driving, and Supervision. This research was conducted at the Village-Owned Enterprise of Kampung Patin. The data collection techniques used were qualitative interviews, qualitative observations, and qualitative documents. The technique of withdrawing informants is done by using the snow ball drawing technique, namely the determination of several people as informants and it is possible to replace them with other informants if the answers given are still confusing. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the Government Management at Village-Owned Enterprises in increasing Village Original Income in Koto Mesjid Village, XIII Koto Kampar District, Kampar Regency has not been running properly, this is caused by several factors, such as the freezing of the Savings and Loans business unit and Diverted to lending fish feed by BUMDes Kampung Patin to help community businesses, but with the form of assistance provided by BUMDes Kampung Patin is still not on target because there are still many people who need Savings and Loans business units to be reactivated for business capital assistance so there is a need for Government coordination Village and Village Patin Village BUMDes Management to conduct training on Savings and Loans business units which always cause delinquency in debt payments.
