Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of the Community Empowerment Program Based on the Community Association (PMBRW) in Sidomulyo Timur Village, Marpoyan Damai District. This research method is using the type of research "Qualitative". The key informants in this study were the Mayor, Head of Community Empowerment Based on the Rukun Warga, Marpoyan Damai District, RT and RW of East Sidomulyo Village, East Sidomulyo Community Leaders, Management of the Rukun Warga (LKM-RW) Community Self-Sufficiency Institution. The result of the research is that the improvement of community empowerment through the Community Empowerment Program based on the Community Association in East Sidomulyo Village has not been able to improve the economy, social community, but the knowledge of the people who have participated in the training has been obtained in the implementation of the PMB-RW Program. The appearance/ability cannot be used as a job because there is no capital for equipment and so on in creating jobs. The participation of the facilitators has been running and has benefits for the implementation of the PMB-RW Program in planning and monitoring. The factors that influence the improvement of community empowerment through the Community Empowerment Program based on the Rukun Warga in Sidomulyo Timur Village are participation in the form of funds and energy/ideas in the form of ideas and justice. Funds for the implementation of activities that will affect the implementation so that the participation of facilitators and ideas run according to the wishes of the community. So that justice takes place in the Implementation of the PMB-RW Program
