Abstract :
This study aims to determine the Analysis of Business Development of Coconut Sugar in Gemalasari Village, Rangsang District, Kepulauan Meranti Regency. Business development indicators used are Capital Capability, Business Development Strategy, Potential Human Resources, Management Capabilities. The type of research that is located in Gemalasari Village Rangsang District Meranti Islands Regency is descriptive which prioritizes the questionnaire as a data collection tool and the data collected is then used as the main raw material for analyzing the condition of the object of the existence of research objectives at the research location and the research method used by the author is quantitative. The types and data collection techniques used by researchers consist of primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews as well as secondary data that has been made and is available in Desa Gemalasari which is supportive. While the data analysis technique used is to use descriptive analysis techniques. Based on this analysis technique the researchers assessed and concluded that the Coconut Sugar business in Gemalasari Village Rangsang District Meranti Islands Regency was in a fairly good category.
