Abstract :
This study aims to determine the analysis of employee work motivation at PT. Nusantara Plantation in Kebun Seiagar District, the stop of Raja Regency, Kampar. Employee motivation indicators used are direct motivation and indirect motivation. type of research located at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Pagar Plantation is descriptive which prioritizes the questionnaire as a data collection tool and the data collected is used as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of the object of the existence of research objectives at the research location and this research method used by the author is quantitative. types and data collection techniques used by researchers consist of primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews as well as secondary data that has been made available at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V, Supporting Sei Pagar Gardens. while the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. Based on this analysis technique, the researchers assessed and concluded that the analysis of employee motivation at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Pagar Plantation, Perhentian Raja District, Kampar District was in the Good Enough category.
