Abstract :
The purpose of this working paper is to determine and understand the compliance that has been determined by the office. The method that is definitely used in making this paper is the correlational method. Correlational method is the act of selecting data with appropriate discussion and theory. Based on the analysis and evaluation in the Riau Governor's Office Performance, the answer can be less than the maximum. Due to Riau Governor's Employees do not obey the rules that have been determined must be postponed during hours of work for various personal reasons. This causes a performance that is not well implemented. Pekanbaru Riau Governor's Office increases employee awareness about the meaning of disciplinary work in order to create optimal, effective and efficient office goals.
