Abstract :
This research aimed to find out the strategies of Communicative Activity at English Zone Community Pekanbaru. The researcher focused on the strategies of Communicative activity in discussion activity at English Zone Community Pekanbaru. This research gives description about analysis of communicative activity at English Zone Community Pekanbaru. The research design is descriptive qualitative. The instrument of this research are interview, tape recorder and camera video. This research only one variable, the participants of this research were members of English Zone Community Pekanbaru and the researcher took 12 members for interviewed, they are; there are college students and worker. The result of this research shows the strategies of communicative activity in discussion activity at English Zone Community Pekanbaru. And, more than 19 topics of discussion activity.The amount of members were 20, but the researcher only took 12 members. Moreover, it was started from January 2019 until March 2019.
