Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of motor vehicle tax payment services carried out by the one-roof administration system (SAMSAT ) base and to find out the obstacles in the implementation of motor vehicle tax payment services in the one-roof administrative system (SAMSAT ) Base Courts . Technique of collecting questionnaire data and interviews and descriptive data analysis. This study concluded that the implementation of motorized vehicle tax payment services carried out by the one roof administrative system (SAMSAT ) base was drained in a fairly good category. Factors that hinder in providing the implementation of service payments for motorized vehicles in the one-stop administrative system (SAMSAT ) of Pangkalan Kuras are: internal (internal ) barriers including: lack of discipline of officers or officers who provide services and physical facilities that are still inadequate and external (external ) obstacles include lack of public awareness, especially regarding requirements and procedures that are still often ignored by the community.
