Restorative justice in Resolving Land Disputes of Harta Pusako Tinggi in Minangkabau (Case study in KAN limo Kaum, Tanah Datar Regency) Indah Suryani Putri 177510416 Abstract This study aims to determine the concept of Restorative Justice in resolving land disputes of Tanah Harta Pusako Tinggi in the Limo Kaum Kerapatan Adat Nagari (KAN) area of Tanah Datar regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive type by conducting interview with key informants and informants who related to the research. Based on the results of research, the application of Restorative Justice in resolving land disputes of Pusako Tinggi by Kerapatan Adat Nagari (KAN) Limo Kaum is in line with the principle of Restorative Justice which is based on deliberation and kinship as an institutionally effective. Kerapatan Adat Nagari (KAN) is a mediator in resolving land disputes of Harta Pusako Tinggi. Based on data obtained by researchers in the field, there are many land disputes that have been resolved in Kerapatan Adat Nagari (KAN) Limo Kaum, and only few that have gone to court. With the existence of KAN, land disputes of Pusako Tinggi can be resolved in the customary way which prioritize local wisdom. It is not only about resolving disputes, but also to preserve the local wisdom of the Minangkabau community.
