Abstract :
Now in new era modernization technology make human needs become easy, the use technology can be a positive impact and be a negative impact. Phenomenon bullying was a negative impact of technology in context social media, one of case do it by social media was a know like cyber bullying, examples case happened in social media context was a radicule, insults, which refers to hate speech. In this research the object cyber bullying was do it by Indonesian fans club to social media account football team liga 1 Indonesia, this research mean knowing what a cyber bullying received by social media instagram football team liga 1 Indonesia. This research use visual criminology method with analyzing qualitative and descriptive methods meaning describe, telling about cyber bullying happened, the theoritical basis used reference by kowalski thougt (2008) and do it bullying like instant or directly to social media account Indonesian football team liga 1 on comment box and direct massage whic is like non-verbal used by electronic media like a smartphone, personal computer, etc.
