Abstract :
This study aims to determine the quality of public services in the PAB (Clean Water Supply) in the District Pangean Kuantan Singingi. As for the benchmarks in this
study, namely: Real Being, Reliability, Responsiveness, Guarantee, Empathy. The formulation of the problem of this study How is the Clean Water Supply Service in
Pangean Subdistrict Kuantan Singingi Regency and what factors are the obstacles to
the Clean Water Supply service in Pangean Subdistrict Kuantan Singingi District.
Pasar Baru, Pangean Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in this study were 4 employees of Kuantan Singingi BAO staff and 73 customers of BAO customers in Pangean District. The sampling technique used in establishing individual samples is purposive sampling. Types and data collection techniques used consist of primary data collected by questionnaire, interview and documentation techniques as well as secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use descriptive analysis techniques. The results
of this study concluded that overall the Analysis of Public Service Quality (Study of Clean Water Supply Services) in the District of Pangean, Kuantan Singingi Regency
was in the Good category. The obstacles in the Analysis of Public Service Quality (Study of Water Supply Services) in the District of Pangean, Kuantan Singingi Regency, namely, the process of water distribution is hampered due to the leakage of the distribution pipes. Lack of speedy process of resolving complaints complained of
by customers. Water flow is not smooth, sometimes life sometimes dies so it is uncertain.
