Abstract :
This study aims to study the objective level of the Evaluation of Indomaret Operational Permit Evaluation in Kuantan Singingi Regency by the Trade and Industry Cooperative Office. The research variable instrument uses studying system theory with dimensions of the Input, Process, Output, and Output variables. This type of research that is placed in the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry in Kuantan Singingi Regency is a quantitative descriptive type that requires variables to be scrutinized, prioritize the list of questions and collected data to be used to find solutions for empirical research. Objective research objectives research sites. Obtained from two existing groups and the sample in this study were 5 people from the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry Cooperatives using the Random Sampling Technique and 9 Indomaret Business Actors using the Saturated Sampling Technique. Types and sources of data used consist of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, and interviews. While the data analysis technique was carried out by the Statistical Application of Stata Version 14. The results of this study used system theory with dimensions of the Input, Process, Output, and Output variable. Put indicators in this study in the Agree category. The results of the Process Indicators in this study are in the doubt category. The Output Indicator Results in this study are in the category of Doubtfulness. And the results of the Indicators Results in this study in the category Disagree. Conclusions from this study Recommendations that need to be made on human resources and organizations should further improve supervision of Indomaret.
