Abstract :
Corruption is an act of abuse of power and trust by a person against a problem or organization for personal benefit or gains. This study aims to determine the modes of corruption in village funds carried out by the village head. This research uses qualitative method and case study research type. The theory used in this research is the theory Willingness and Opportunity to Corrupt. This theory explains that corruption can occur if there is an opportunity due to system weakness or lack of supervision and desire driven by need or greed. From this problem, the researcher sees that there are several prevention efforts that can be done to reduce the potential for corruption, to try to identify the modes of corruption that exist in the village, increasing capacity building of village officials, increasing supervision and cooperation between village government officials, and increasingfor village officials. capacity of village facilitators.
