Abstract :
This study aims to determine the implementation of coordination in community empowerment activities in Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir Regency. As for the benchmarks in this study, namely: Planning, Division of Work, Communication and Meetings. The formulation of this research problem is How is the Implementation of Coordination in Community Empowerment Activities in Bagan Sinembah Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir Regency? The location of this study is the Bagan Sinembah Sub-District Office, Rokan Hilir Regency. The population in this study was the Sub-District Apparatus, the Chairperson of the LPM of the subdistrict and the Village Head of 18 people and the Community Participating in the Community Empowerment Activity of 40 people. The results of this study concluded that overall the Implementation of Coordination in Community Empowerment Activities in Bagan Sinembah Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir District was Fairly Done. As for the obstacles in the Implementation of Coordination in Community Empowerment Activities in Bagan Sinembah Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir Regency, namely, poor coordination and implementation of community empowerment activities, lack of competence of employees in the village office, Lack of community participation in community empowerment activities in Bagan Sinembah sub-district, unclear and less clear optimal information provided by the sub-district office and the village regarding community empowerment activities.
