Abstract :
ABSTRACT This study aims to find out how the implementation of the Satpol PP duties in overseeing licensing and time of internet cafe organizations in the Sialangmunggu Sub-District of Tampan District, Pekanbaru City and what are the obstacles in the process of carrying out these tasks. As is known in the age of technology that is growing rapidly the internet is one of the needs that can not be separated from human life from various aspects and for that warnet (intrnet stalls) become one of the providers of needs for the community. However, abuse or violations often occur in accordance with the mandate of laws and regulations that have been established, especially in the city of Pekanbaru, Sialangmunggu village in Tampan District. The problems that occur are: - Operational Police of the Civil Service Police are not maximal in supervising internet cafes that violate the rules - found internet cafes that do not have business licenses - follow up or provide sanctions for students who play truant and do not comply with the rules for playing internet cafes regulation number 7 year 200 and Circular Number 503 / BPT / 175. With these various problems interested in attracting the research title with the title "Task Implementation of the Operational Section of the Civil Service Police Unit in Supervision of Licensing and Internet Cafe Operational Time in Sialangmunggu Village, Pekanbaru City".
