Abstract :
The Nagari preparation for Aia Manggih Utara has been blooming from the beginning of 2017 but it has been almost 3 years. The preparatory village has not changed its status to a definitive village. This study aims to determine the factors that cause the formation of definitive nagari (case study in Nagari Aia M Advanced North Preparation, Lubuk Sikaping District, Pasaman Regency, West Sumatra Province). This research uses qualitative research methods and this type of research is a descriptive survey. From the results of research conducted in Nagari, North Aia M Advanced preparation from 8 Wali Nagari officials' reports, there are 3 reports that have not been carried out. The researcher assessed and concluded that the causative factors had not yet formed a definitive nagari (case study in Nagari Aia M Sophisticated Preparation, North Lubuk Sikaping District, Pasaman Regency, West Sumatra Province) were at poor assessment intervals. The suggestion from the author is that the nagari government helps the process run quickly and needs to be considered, especially with regard to the construction of the nagari guardian office and BUMNag to accelerate the development process.
